2. Listing Content Requirements
All listings must include:

• Relevant, clear images
• Honest pricing and availability
• Updated contact and booking information
Listings may be removed if they contain:
• False or misleading information
• Inappropriate, low-quality, or unrelated images
• Spam or keyword stuffing
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
3. Professional Conduct
Listing owners are expected to:
• Provide safe, hygienic, and professional services
• Communicate respectfully with guests
• Honor bookings and handle cancellations professionally
• Resolve disputes directly with clients
4. Legal Responsibility
You accept full legal responsibility for all services you offer.
MyBeautyApp.org does not assume responsibility for service outcomes or guest experiences.
5. Harassment & Misuse
Harassment, spam, scams, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension or removal.
6. Intellectual Property
You may only upload content you own or have permission to use. Copyright violations may result in listing removal.
7. Moderation Rights
MyBeautyApp.org reserves the right to:
• Edit or remove listings
• Suspend or ban users
• Update policies as needed to protect the platform
8. Listing Maintenance
It is your responsibility to keep your listing current, including:
• Services
• Pricing
• Hours
• Booking links
9. User Experience
Treat guests and fellow providers with professionalism and respect. This platform exists to uplift the beauty community.
10. Establishment Policy
MyBeautyApp.org supports individual beauty professionals.
• Salons, spas, and physical establishments are not eligible for Annual or Promo listings.
• Establishments are encouraged to have individual employees create their own listings.
• This ensures accurate representation of each professional’s services.
11. Reporting
Violations may be reported via the “Need Help?” page. All reports are reviewed seriously.
Subscription Purchases & Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please review package descriptions and eligibility requirements carefully before purchasing.
• If a package is purchased for the incorrect category (e.g., a salon purchasing an individual-only package), no refund will be issued.
• Instead, the listing will be automatically adjusted to the correct eligible package.
• Any amount paid will be reallocated to the corresponding package of equal value or duration.
Failure to follow package eligibility rules does not entitle the purchaser to reimbursement.
