MyBeautyApp.org – Listing Guidelines & Policies

To ensure a safe, professional, and inclusive platform for all users, listing owners and service providers must adhere to the following guidelines and policies when using MyBeautyApp.org.


1. Community Standards

We are proud to be an inclusive platform for all individuals, regardless of gender, race, sexuality, age, body type, or ability. All content must reflect a commitment to:

  • Respect, dignity, and professionalism
  • Gender-neutral and non-discriminatory language
  • Positive representation of all beauty types and identities

2. Listing Content Requirements

All listings must include:

  • Accurate service descriptions
  • Clear, relevant photos (no misleading or unrelated images)
  • Honest pricing and availability
  • Updated contact information and booking links if applicable

We reserve the right to remove or request edits to any listing that includes:

  • False claims or deceptive content
  • Low-quality or inappropriate images
  • Spam or repeated keyword stuffing
  • Any form of hate speech or discriminatory remarks

3. Professional Conduct

You are expected to:

  • Provide quality, safe, and hygienic beauty services
  • Communicate respectfully with guests
  • Fulfill bookings in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cancellations and disputes directly and professionally with your client

4. Legal Responsibility

By submitting a listing:

  • You accept full legal and professional responsibility for all services you offer.
  • MyBeautyApp.org is not responsible for the guest experience or for any outcomes, positive or negative, that result from clients connecting with you via our platform.
  • Any disputes, injuries, misconduct, or claims arising from your service will be your sole responsibility.

5. No Harassment or Misuse

Any attempt to harass, spam, scam, or misuse another listing or guest will result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.


6. Intellectual Property

You may only upload content (photos, logos, etc.) you have the right to use. Using copyrighted materials without permission may result in removal of your listing.


7. Platform Moderation Rights

MyBeautyApp.org reserves the right to:

  • Edit or remove any listing that violates our policies
  • Suspend or ban any user for inappropriate behavior
  • Modify these policies as needed to protect the integrity of the platform

8. Transparency and Updates

It’s your responsibility to keep your listing accurate. Regularly review and update your:

  • Service offerings
  • Business hours
  • Pricing
  • Contact or booking information

9. Respect for the User Experience

Treat potential guests and fellow providers with kindness, patience, and professionalism. This app is built to uplift and support the beauty community — we expect everyone to contribute to that mission.


10. Establishment Policy

MyBeautyApp.org is here to support individual beauty service providers. We DO NOT provide annual or promo  listings for salons, spas, or other physical establishments. If an establishment would like to be represented on our platform, we encourage them to have their individual employees sign up as service providers or use our monthly subscription. This ensures that each professional’s unique skill set and services are showcased accurately.


11. Subscription Purchases & Refund Policy

All subscription package purchases made through My Beauty App are final and non-refundable. We strongly advise all users to carefully read the package descriptions and eligibility requirements before purchasing.

If a subscription is purchased for the wrong category (e.g., a salon purchasing a package designated only for individual stylists), no refund will be issued. Instead, your package will be automatically adjusted to the appropriate category, and the amount paid will be redirected to the correct corresponding package. This policy helps maintain the integrity of our platform and prevent misuse of services.

By proceeding with any purchase, you agree to this policy and understand that failure to follow package rules will not result in reimbursement.


11. Reporting Violations

To report inappropriate listings or behavior, please use the “Support” page in the sidebar menu. Our team reviews all reports seriously and acts accordingly.
