By submitting a listing on MyBeautyApp.org, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Independent Business Responsibility
All listing owners operate as independent businesses. You retain full responsibility for:
    •    Your services
    •    Client interactions
    •    Pricing, availability, and fulfillment
    •    Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
3. Liability Disclaimer
MyBeautyApp.org is not liable for any experiences, transactions, disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from a client booking or interacting with you through the platform.
Whether a guest has a positive or negative experience, you assume full responsibility for all outcomes related to your business.
4. Guest Conduct
MyBeautyApp.org is not responsible for the behavior or actions of guests who discover your services through the platform. Any conflicts, damages, or disputes must be handled directly between you and the client.
5. Accuracy & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all listing information is:
    •    Accurate
    •    Truthful
    •    Current
    •    Legally compliant
Any misrepresentation of services, pricing, credentials, or availability is your responsibility.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyBeautyApp.org, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your business, services, or client interactions.
7. Platform Rights
MyBeautyApp.org reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing that violates platform policies or guidelines, with or without notice.
